The oven-baked Crème Caramel keeps perfectly in the refrigerator for at least three days, especially if it remains in its initial mold.
Even once flipped onto a plate, it keeps well, but I recommend covering it with plastic wrap as it might change flavor.
If you don’t like the caramel too burnt, choose the color you prefer while the sugar is caramelizing.
