The Salad with Cherries and Balsamic Vinegar is a really fresh side dish, typically suitable for spring and summer, that all my guests always enjoy. The cherries and balsamic vinegar lend a very unique flavor to any type of salad you choose. Sometimes, if the cherries are too sour, I also season them with balsamic glaze because using overly ripe cherries would ruin their appearance. If you don’t like cherries or they are out of season, you can try it using the fruit you like the most. In this recipe, I chose to add sliced almonds because I think they pair better with cherries, being more delicate compared to other types of nuts. Since this is a very easy and quick recipe, don’t waste time and try it right away.
For the procedure, I made a short video, which can be viewed on the pages of Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.

Advice on Variations and Preservation
It’s not possible to store the already dressed salad, not even in the refrigerator, because it softens quickly, significantly changing its appearance.
So you need to prepare it immediately, but if you do have leftovers, you can’t serve them to your guests anymore, but it will be even tastier for you: a really appetizing leftover.
If you don’t like cherries, maybe wanting to make it in another season, go ahead because the result will always be delicious.
