Tips and Variations
You can store the buns for a few days, but keep them wrapped in the proper bread paper.
One of the last times I made them, I happened not to have instant powder yeast for savory dishes at home.
Finding only the one for sweets in the pantry, I wanted to try making them this way, but reduced the sugar to half a teaspoon to dissolve in the soy milk.
The result was still excellent, very quick to prepare like the previous times, and equally soft and good.
