The Super Easy Condensed Milk, once ready, you can use it for many sweet recipes, but it’s also not bad spread on a slice of bread, or as a filling for cold cakes, because it will turn out like a cream. The quantities for this recipe, which I propose to you today, are reduced to a minimum because before producing an industrial quantity, perhaps to store in the pantry, it is better to make a trial, minimizing waste.
For the procedure, I made a small video, to be viewed on the pages of Facebook Instagram and Pinterest

.
Add the butter and let it cook for 15 minutes, stirring continuously so it doesn’t stick.
Turn it off even if it still seems liquid, because it will thicken once cold.
Place it in a glass or ceramic container with an airtight seal, and store in the fridge for a few days if not used immediately, otherwise proceed as for all other PRESERVES.
Now that your Super Easy Condensed Milk is ready, use it as you wish.
Tips, Variants, and Storage
Condensed milk keeps in the refrigerator for about 3/4 days but inside a glass or ceramic container with an airtight seal.
If you don’t have powdered sugar, don’t worry, you can also use granulated sugar, but it will take about fifteen more minutes of cooking.
