You can store your dessert in the refrigerator for about 2 days.

However, top it with cocoa and pears only at the last moment.

I usually replace ladyfingers with sponge cake because I prefer to prepare everything at home, and the result is always excellent.

If you don’t like pears, you can always choose another type of fruit: apples are also perfect.
