The liquid ingredients of the two-minute cake can vary, adapting to what’s in your fridge: yogurt, milk, buttermilk, whipping cream, or cooking cream, kefir milk… Whatever you choose, the result will be the same, a simple-tasting cake suitable for breakfast and why not for a snack too.

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup whipping cream (or milk, soy milk, cooking cream, buttermilk, fermented milk or kefir)
- 3 eggs
- 1 almond flavor (or lemon, vanilla, rum, chocolate shavings)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch salt

Preparation of the two-minute cake
First, sift the flour. Then, take a bowl and combine all the ingredients together.
Mix with a hand whisk or a fork to obtain a smooth and lump-free mixture.
Now, butter and flour a 9.5-inch pan, pour the mixture into it, and bake our two-minute cake at 356°F for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let it cool, and dust with powdered sugar.
Breakfast is ready!
