Ingredients for Chicken Skewers

  • 14 oz chicken breast
  • Half bell pepper
  • Half zucchini
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 pinch curry
  • as needed extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Cutting Board
  • 4 Skewers
  • 1 Air fryer paper

Preparation of Chicken Skewers

  • 1 – Clean the vegetables and then cut them into not too large pieces. Set aside.

  • 2 – In a bowl, place the chicken breast cut into chunks neither too small nor too large.

  • 3 – Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, curry, and oil. Mix well.

  • 4 – Now take the skewers and thread the meat alternating with the vegetables.

  • 5 – Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F) then place the skewers in the basket lined with parchment paper at the base.

  • AIR FRYER COOKING: Preheat to 190°C (375°F). Then cook, still at 190°C (375°F), for 14 minutes, turning them halfway through.

    OVEN COOKING: Preheat to 190°C (375°F) static. Then cook, still at 190°C (375°F), for 15 – 20 minutes, turning them halfway through.

NOTES

The skewers can be stored in the refrigerator, cooked, for at least two days.
