Instant coffee can be replaced with 4.4 oz of moka coffee, which in turn will replace 4.4 oz of milk. (thus we will have 4.4 oz of milk and 4.4 oz of moka coffee in the recipe – total 8.8 oz of liquids)

The coffee and chocolate bundt cake keeps for a few days under a glass dome.
