Notes

To enhance the flavor, we can add a teaspoon of instant coffee at the start.

Once the choux pastry is ready, it should be used immediately. However, cream puffs or zeppole, once baked, can be stored in a tin box for a week. Alternatively, they can be frozen for 1 month.
