Notes

To replace the homemade panettone aroma, you will need to add to the dough the grated zest of half a lemon and half an orange, 5g of vanilla extract, 30g of honey, 5g of sugar, and 5g of Marsala.

Cantucci keep well for up to 30 days! Keep them in a tin box, away from humidity.

Instead of Marsala, we can use an anise liqueur.
