Notes

We can replace almonds with the same amount of walnuts or pine nuts

If we like a more intense flavor, we can add a minced clove of garlic and use grated pecorino replacing part of the parmesan

It can be stored in the refrigerator for a couple of days, closed in a container. The surface must always be covered with oil, otherwise it oxidizes and becomes dark.

It can also be stored in the freezer for six months.
