Ingredients for orange flavored breakfast dipping cookies
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar (plus extra for finishing)
- 3 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- as needed vanilla

Preparation of orange flavored breakfast dipping cookies
WITH BIMBY: Put the sugar and orange zest in the bowl, blend at speed 8 for 10 seconds. Bring everything down with the spatula and add all the other ingredients, set to speed 4 for 30 seconds. Take out and compact the dough with your hands. Form a ball.
WITHOUT BIMBY: In a bowl, put the flour with sugar, baking powder, vanilla, and grated orange zest. Mix, then add the egg and start kneading with your hands, gradually adding the oil and then the milk. Form a ball and then proceed with shaping the cookies.
TO FINISH: Preheat the oven to 340°F (static). Meanwhile, take a baking sheet, cover it with parchment paper and start forming the cookies. Divide the dough into 20 equal parts, shape them into cylinders about 2-2.5 inches long, and roll them in granulated sugar. Place them on the baking sheet and continue until finished. Bake for 25 minutes.
NOTES
The orange flavored breakfast dipping cookies can be stored for up to three days under a glass dome or in an airtight container.
