Orange Juice Bundt Cake Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup sunflower oil
- 1 egg
- 1 orange (grated zest)
- 1 packet baking powder

- 1 Bundt Pan 8-inch bundt
Orange Juice Bundt Cake Preparation
1 – In a bowl, put the flour, sugar, and grated orange zest. Mix well.
2 – Add the egg, orange juice, and oil. Mix well with a whisk (or an electric mixer) being careful not to form lumps.
3 – Finally, add the sifted baking powder and mix.
WITH BIMBY: Put the sugar and orange zest in the mixing bowl and blend at speed 10 for 10 seconds. Bring the mixture down with a spatula and add all other ingredients. Mix at speed 4 for 30 seconds.
BAKING: Now pour the mixture into a bundt pan (8-inch diameter) previously greased with a little oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F (static) for 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test. Once ready, let it cool well before removing it from the pan.

I recommend using organic oranges
The bundt cake keeps well under a glass dome for a couple of days
