Pasta with bell pepper and ricotta cream is easy to prepare with Bimby but also without it. Creamy and delicious, everyone will love it. With a few ingredients, we will manage to prepare a really good first course, but above all, we can also use this cream to dress other dishes, like gnocchi for example!

Preparation of pasta with bell pepper and ricotta
Take the bell peppers, wash them, dry them, and then remove the internal filaments and seeds (1). Now cut them into strips (2) and set aside. Take a pan, put the oil and peppers inside it (3) and cook them until they become soft. If you have the BIMBY TM6, use the ‘seasoned peppers from 200g’ recipe (4).
When the peppers are cooked
WITH BIMBY: Add the basil leaves, salt, and pepper (5), the ricotta (6) into the bowl and blend at speed 6 for 30 seconds (7). Once ready, empty the bowl and put the cream in a bowl (8).
WITHOUT BIMBY: Put the cooked peppers in the blender bowl, then add basil, salt, pepper, and ricotta. Blend everything until you get a cream. Pour into a bowl and set aside.
TO FINISH: Put the pot with water on the stove, add salt, and bring to a boil. Pour the pasta and cook it for the minutes indicated on the package. Drain it and then dress it with the cream. The pasta with bell pepper and ricotta cream is ready.
Notes
To add more flavor, we can use a clove of garlic during cooking with the peppers, then optionally remove it before blending or leave it inside.
