Notes

The balls should be consumed immediately. You can prepare the dough in advance and keep it in the refrigerator for just a couple of hours.

Instead of Parmesan, you can use caciocavallo, provola, or another type of cheese that is aged or semi-aged.

Instead of parsley, you can use basil or mint.

If you don’t like garlic, you can omit it.
