Ingredients for the puff pastry croissants with salmon
- 1 roll puff pastry (round)
- 3.5 oz smoked salmon
- 3.5 oz cheese (slices like galbanino)
- 1 egg (for brushing)

- 1 Pizza cutter cutter
- 1 Baking sheet oven
- 1 Brush
- 1 Air fryer
- Air fryer paper
Preparation of puff pastry croissants with salmon
1 – Take the puff pastry and with the pizza cutter (or a sharp knife) divide it into 12 triangles.
2 – On each triangle, place a piece of cheese and a piece of smoked salmon
3 – Form the croissants by rolling each triangle from the base to the tip
4 – Place a sheet of parchment paper for air fryer inside the basket and then arrange the croissants.
Brush each croissant with beaten egg. Cook at 340°F for 15 minutes. If needed, extend for another 5 minutes. They should be golden.
IN TRADITIONAL OVEN: Bake at 375°F in a preheated, ventilated oven for 15 minutes.
Notes
If you like, before baking the croissants, you can decorate them with sesame seeds
