QUICK YOGURT BUNDT CAKE

The quick yogurt bundt cake is prepared in less than 2 minutes and is very soft. The longest and most tedious part will be waiting for it to bake and cool down before devouring it! Oh yes… it is so good, delicious, and soft that it will disappear immediately. Perfect for dipping in milk at breakfast or for a snack, it will become your favorite bundt cake at home.

Ingredients for the soft yogurt bundt cake

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sunflower oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet baking powder

Tools

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Food processor Thermomix TM31 – TM5 – TM6
  • 1 Beater electric or manual
  • 1 Pan 8-inch bundt cake

Preparation of the soft yogurt bundt cake

  • WITHOUT THERMOMIX: In a bowl, place the oil, yogurt, and eggs (1) then use a beater or whisk to mix well (2). Then add the flour, sugar, and baking powder (3). Mix well, being careful not to form lumps (4). Now pour the mixture into a bundt pan previously greased with oil.

  • WITH THERMOMIX: Place sugar, eggs, oil, and yogurt in the bowl and set to speed 5 for 30 seconds. Then add flour and baking powder, mix at speed 4 for 1 minute. Now pour the mixture into a bundt pan previously greased with oil

  • COOKING: Preheat the oven to 340°F, static, and bake for 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test and if needed, extend the cooking time by a few minutes. When done, remove from the oven and let cool completely, then remove from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Notes

You can add lemon zest or vanilla to your liking.

If you are lactose intolerant, you can use plant-based or lactose-free yogurt.
