Preparation of Christmas star sandwiches
1 – Take the 12 slices of bread and cut them with the star-shaped cutter
2 – Spread the tuna sauce on one slice (you can click the link in the ingredients to make it at home) and add some arugula
3 – Using the cutter again, cut star-shaped ham pieces and place them on top of the arugula.
4- Close the sandwiches with another slice of bread. Put the cream cheese in a piping bag and use it to decorate the sandwiches as if they were cookies.
Once ready, you can serve them immediately or store them in the fridge for a day. You can also use other ingredients, such as smoked salmon instead of ham.
Notes
I recommend preparing them the same day you plan to serve them, they will be fresher.
