Preparation of the savory pie with feta and cherry tomatoes
First, take the cherry tomatoes, wash and dry them, then quarter them and put them in a bowl. Then add the crumbled feta and season with oil, salt, pepper, oregano, and chopped basil leaves (1). Mix everything well and set aside (2)
Now, unroll the puff pastry and place it inside the baking pan, keeping its parchment paper as the base, then prick the surface with a fork (3). Pour in the feta and cherry tomato mix, trying to spread it over the entire surface (4).
Now we just have to put it in a hot oven, at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 40 minutes, or until it starts to turn golden. Once cooked, you can serve it hot immediately, or enjoy it warm or cold.
Note
The baking pan I used is round with a 9.5-inch diameter because I used round puff pastry
If you don’t have cherry tomatoes, you can also use grape tomatoes
I recommend eating it immediately, or storing it in the refrigerator for up to two days
