This Tuna Sauce is easy and quick to prepare. It is not the classic sauce for vitello tonnato (vitel tonnè) but it’s much simpler, and it’s perfect for filling sandwiches, profiteroles, vol-au-vent, and much more. At Christmas, it never misses at my house!!

- 1 pinch garlic powder
Tools

Preparation of Tuna Sauce
1 – Put all the ingredients in the blender container
2 – Blend until a creamy consistency is achieved
Taste and adjust with salt if necessary. Now we can use our sauce to dress sandwiches or to fill profiteroles and canapés. With this amount, we can prepare 24 vol-au-vent.
