Notes

Instead of beef, you can also use veal or rabbit, or pork or turkey. Even a mix of meats if you like.

You can further enhance the flavor with sausage or bacon.

If you like, you can also use bay leaves.

It keeps for a couple of days in the refrigerator. If the meat is fresh (not defrosted), it can also be kept in the freezer for a month.
