Ingredients

  • 1 jar plain yogurt
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sunflower oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 packet vanillin
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • to taste Nutella®
  • 1 Electric Whisk
  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Muffin Pan
  • 12 Cupcake Liners
  • 1 Ladle

Steps

First, start working the yogurt with sugar; you can use an electric whisk or even a spatula, then add the eggs and the pinch of salt and vanillin.

  • Gradually add the sifted flour with the baking powder, alternating with the oil, continuing to mix until a smooth batter is obtained.

  • At this point, preheat the oven to convection mode at 340°F, and while it reaches the temperature, complete the preparation of our marbled muffins.

  • With a small ladle, pour the batter into the paper liners that you have already placed in the muffin pan, each liner should be filled 2/3 full.

    It’s time to marble our muffins, add half a teaspoon of Nutella on top of each muffin, be careful not to overdo the quantities, and create a swirl using a toothpick or, if unavailable, the tip of a thin spoon. Swirl gently.

  • Bake your marbled muffins for about 30/35 minutes, always perform the toothpick test before removing from the oven as baking times can vary from oven to oven.

  • Once ready, let your muffins cool on a wire rack.
