- 2 fennel
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- to taste fresh parsley
- dried chives (optional)
- chili powder (optional)

- 1 drizzle extra virgin olive oil

Wash the fennel and cut them into slices about 0.4 inches thick; transfer them to a pot with plenty of salted water and boil for about half an hour.
