Ingredients
- 3.5 oz mixed nuts (Hazelnuts and walnuts mix)
- 2 apples
- 1 lemon (Juice)
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup water (Warm)
- 1 vial rum aroma
- 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1.75 oz raisins
- 1 packet baking powder
- to taste powdered sugar

Steps
Coarsely chop the nuts
Peel the apples and dice them. Add the juice of a lemon to prevent them from browning. Soak the raisins in a little water.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the sunflower oil, water, and rum aroma, mix well with the mixer. Gradually add the flour, mix well and add the baking powder. Now incorporate the nuts, apples, and previously drained raisins.
After mixing everything well, pour into a previously oiled and floured bundt pan.
Bake in the oven at 350°F for about 45 minutes. Perform the toothpick test before removing from the oven. Allow to cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
