Stockfish en papillote cooked in an air fryer, but we can cook any fish (cod, salted cod, sea bream) if we wish, of course, the cooking times will be modified. A light fish main course, also suitable for those on a diet, very tasty, but above all quick. No need to blanch the fish, cooking in the fryer at maximum power takes about 35 minutes.
