Cookie tile with mascarpone and Nutella is a quick-to-prepare cold dessert suitable for any occasion. It’s a no-bake sweet treat, which is highly appreciated, especially during scorching summer days. It is made with a few ingredients: cookies, mascarpone, Nutella, and cream. The soaking liquid for the cookies can be milk or coffee, but those who, like me, love the 1980s taste, can soak the cookies in vermouth.

Steps
In a bowl, put the mascarpone, cold cream, and powdered sugar. Mix everything with an electric mixer.
Place the liquor in a bowl. Soak the cookies and lay them on a tray, spreading the mascarpone cream on the first layer. Soften the Nutella in the microwave, and with a spoon, drizzle it over the mascarpone cream. Continue with the layers of cookies and mascarpone until all ingredients are used up.
Finish with a final layer of cookies and, if desired, sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa powder. Keep in the fridge for about an hour before enjoying the dessert.
