Upside-down Orange Cake

Very soft upside-down orange cake suitable for breakfast or a snack. Very beautiful to look at and very simple to prepare. You need oranges with edible peel, the orange slices are placed at the bottom of the pan and together with sugar that becomes caramelized, they will acquire a delicious flavor. It will indeed be a contrast between the sweetness of the soft slice and the citrusy and slightly bitter taste of the orange slice.
