With this recipe, you can make a light and protein-rich breakfast that gives you a nice burst of energy to start your day right.
Easy and quick recipe, gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegetarian.
The advantages of air fryer cooking are numerous: no need to preheat the oven, cooking is more rapid, economical, and healthy (very little fat is needed), fewer pots and pans to clean, and no smoke or odors.
Please note that the temperature and cooking times are generally indicative, as much depends on your type of air fryer, however, the recipes on my Blog are all previously and rigorously tested by me (so more than reliable). In any case, I still recommend checking the cooking regularly to better adjust time and temperature to your air fryer.

Shopping Tips!!
I really like the Cosori Air Fryer, with a spacious 5.7-liter basket, 13 functions and optimal hot air circulation that makes food: crispy on the outside and tender on the inside
A healthier way to cook, because it separates and captures excess fat (healthy and tasty dishes with up to 97% less fat). It halves cooking times compared to a traditional oven, saving both money and time. The individual components are easily removable and dishwasher safe. Highly recommended!
I used these very useful disposable, unperforated parchment paper that doesn’t dirty the air fryer, but the hot air circulates anyway because they are very thin. They are also oil and water-resistant, non-stick, do not burn, and can also be used in a regular oven.
I often use the convenient perforated parchment paper easy to clean, can also be used in a conventional oven.
To season foods in the air fryer, I always use this convenient cold-pressed extra virgin spray olive oil, with built-in spray dispenser.
Lastly, this cutting board with two incorporated side trays (one for the cut foods, the other for waste) is extremely handy.
