This apple tart, gluten-free, egg- and lactose-free, made in the air fryer is delicious and easy to make. You won’t believe it but you only need 2 ingredients — you get an apple shortcrust and then fill it however you like.
If you suddenly crave a sweet, light snack, make this little apple tart in the air fryer: in just a few minutes you’ll have a healthy, light comfort food.
Basically: blend the apple, mix it with almond flour (let it rest 30 minutes in the fridge) and the apple shortcrust is ready to be filled and cooked in the air fryer.
A warm slice, a steaming tea and the scent of apples filling the house….what else ?
The advantages of cooking in an air fryer are many: you don’t need to preheat the oven, cooking is faster, more economical and healthier (very little fat is needed), fewer pots and pans get dirty, and it produces less smoke and odors.
I should point out that the temperature and cooking times are approximately indicative, because much depends on your type of air fryer, however all the recipes on my Blog have been previously and strictly tested by me (so they are well tried-and-true). In any case, I still recommend that you check the cooking from time to time to better adapt times and temperature to your air fryer.

Shopping Tips!!!
Personally, I’m very happy with the Cosori air fryer, with a spacious 5.7-L basket, an optimal circulation of hot air that makes food: crispy outside and soft inside.
A healthier way to cook, because it separates and captures excess fat (healthy and tasty dishes with up to 97% less fat). It halves the cooking times compared to a classic oven, with considerable savings in time and energy. The individual components are also easily removable and dishwasher safe. Highly recommended!
To make this little cake I used a convenient perforated parchment paper for the air fryer, non-stick and easy to clean, it can also be used in a conventional oven.
I often also use these very handy Disposable parchment paper for air fryer, without holes — they keep the fryer clean, but hot air still circulates because they are very thin. They are oil- and water-resistant, non-stick, do not burn and can also be used in a regular oven.
Square air fryer pan, 7-8.7 in diameter, also ideal for cakes.
Finally, if you want to keep your air fryer clean and at the same time protected from scratches and abrasions (e.g. from tongs), these Reusable nonstick grill mats, heat resistant are very useful.

FAQ (Questions and Answers)
Parchment paper for the air fryer: which one to choose?
If you use the air fryer for foods that drip (for example, batter), it is better to use parchment trays WITHOUT holes (the paper is very light and air and heat still circulate).
If instead the foods to be cooked in the air fryer are dry and do not drip, it is preferable to use perforated parchment paper. What to use to keep the air fryer clean without scratching it?
Reusable nonstick grill mats, heat resistant, for the air fryer.
