Avocado with Egg in Air Fryer, for a Savory, Healthy and Protein-Rich Breakfast

Avocado with Egg in Air Fryer

Savory Breakfast with Avocado and egg in air fryer, ideal for a healthy, protein-rich and light breakfast, what else? In just a few minutes, you can prepare a light breakfast that gives you a great boost of energy to start the day in the best way. Easy recipe, gluten-free.

The advantages of cooking in an air fryer are many: no need to preheat the oven, cooking is more quick, economical, and healthy (very little fat needed), less cookware and dishes to clean, and it generates no smoke or odors.

Please note that the temperature and cooking times are averagely indicative because much depends on your type of air fryer (mine is a Philips XXL), however, the recipes on my Blog, are all previously and rigorously tested by me (so more than proven). In any case, I still advise you to check the cooking from time to time to better adapt times and temperature to your air fryer.

Shopping Tips!!

I used these very useful Air Fryer Parchment Paper, disposable, unperforated, they don’t dirty the air fryer, but hot air still circulates because they are very thin. Furthermore, they are oil and water resistant, non-stick, they don’t burn, and they can also be used in a regular oven.

I often also use the convenient perforated air fryer parchment paper, non-stick, easy to clean, and it can also be used in a conventional oven.

To season foods in the air fryer, I always use this convenient cold-pressed, high-quality extra virgin olive oil spray, with built-in spray dispenser.

This handy cutting board with two integrated side trays (one for cut foods, the other for waste) is very convenient.
