DETOX Smoothie with Kiwi, Chia Seeds, and Ginger

This DETOX smoothie will prove incredibly useful whenever you want to quickly deflate and drain excess fluids and also receive a pleasant natural boost of energy and vitality.

Ingredients for the DETOX Smoothie

  • 6 Kiwis
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 1/4 cups Cold water
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds
  • Lemon juice
  • 5 Fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Oat flakes (Optional)

Preparation of the DETOX Smoothie

  • Cut the Kiwi, apple, and ginger into pieces.  

  • Pour the cold water and chopped fruit into the blender jug, add the lemon juice.

  • Blend all ingredients together until the smoothie is smooth and thick.  

  • Sprinkle the drink with chia seeds (I also added oat flakes) and preferably consume immediately.
