- 3 tbsps tbsps granulated sugar
- 2 tbsps tbsps cornstarch

- 1 oz oz chocolate chips
- 1 pinch pinch fine salt
- as needed Nutella® (optional)
- as needed butter (also coconut or non-stick spray for greasing the pan)

- Bowls of various sizes
- Mixer Braun MultiQuick7 1000W Power
- Air Fryer Cosori, spacious (5.7L) even cooking
- Air fryer paper perforated
- Air fryer baking dish square 18/22 cm
Steps for Light Cake in Air Fryer
Take a bowl and with an electric mixer (or hand whisk) beat the egg with the sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Then add the Philadelphia, incorporate well and finally incorporate the chocolate chips.
Meanwhile, preheat the air fryer for 15 minutes at 392°F.
Grease the appropriate cake pan of about 7-8 inches in diameter (also with coconut butter or non-stick spray) and place a perforated parchment paper for air fryer (to unmold the cake more easily), pour the batter into the pan, and finally place it in the air fryer’s basket and set the temperature to 284°F for 20 minutes.
Then, once baked, leave the cake in the basket of the turned off air fryer for about 10 minutes.
If you don’t have an air fryer, you can easily prepare this cake in a regular oven, in static mode at 356°F for about 30 minutes
Once the cake has cooled down well, unmold it and serve in slices. It keeps soft for about 2-3 days wrapped in aluminum foil and you can also freeze it cooked and sliced.
If you don’t have diet problems, you can also fill it with Nutella.
Shopping Tips!!!
Personally, I get along great with the Cosori Air Fryer, with a 5.7-liter spacious basket, 13 functions and optimal hot air circulation make foods: crunchy outside and soft inside
A healthier way to cook, because it separates and captures excess fat (healthy and tasty dishes and up to 97% less fat). Halves the cooking time compared to a traditional oven, with considerable economic and time savings. Finally, the individual components are all easily removable and dishwasher safe. Highly recommended!
To prepare this cake, I used the convenient perforated parchment paper for air fryer, non-stick easy to clean, can also be used in a traditional oven.
I often use these very useful Parchment Paper for Air Fryer, disposable, without holes do not dirty the air fryer, but the hot air circulates anyway because they are very thin. Moreover, they are resistant to oil and water, non-stick, do not burn, and can also be used in a regular oven.
Square baking dish for air fryer, 18/22 cm in diameter, also ideal for cakes.

FAQ (Questions and Answers)
How to prepare desserts in the air fryer?
It’s very easy! I’ll reveal the secrets to getting perfect desserts in the air fryer, well-cooked and soft:
1) preheat the air fryer at 392°F for 15 minutes;
2) bake the desserts slowly at a temperature of around 284°F-320°F (to cook it well internally) for about 30 minutes;
3) Use the appropriate small containers: about 8 inches in diameter, if your basket is at least 9 inches. Otherwise, if you have a smaller basket, use a 7-inch pan, to facilitate air circulation.
Of course, temperature and cooking times also depend significantly on your type of air fryer.
