Nutella Cookie Tart, a big Nutella cookie ready in 15 minutes!!
If you’re craving something sweet, try it. This Nutella tart is super quick and easy to prepare, and the Nutella remains creamy even after baking.

You can prepare the tart (or cookie cake) the day before, store it in the fridge, and then bake it the next day.

The tart is perfect to enjoy for breakfast or as a snack,

By increasing the quantities, you can also make a large cookie cake for parties, gatherings, and birthdays.

If you have time, letting the tart rest in the fridge makes it even more crumbly and delicious,

The Nutella Cookie Tart stays soft and creamy for several days, even up to a week, if properly covered.

You’ll need a single-serving mold about 4-5 inches in diameter, or if you have an oven-safe mug for mug cake, that works great.

Ingredients for the Nutella Cookie Tart

  • 1 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 egg (whole)
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/8 cup Brown Sugar (optional, I use light Demerara)
  • 1/4 cup Butter (softened)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • g Vanilla Powdered Sugar (optional)
  • Half tablespoon Vanilla Extract (about 7 g)
  • 1 pinch Salt

Tools

  • Bowl
  • Mixer electric Bosch, 350 W power
  • Parchment Paper
  • Pans individual size, with removable bottom

Preparation of the Nutella Cookie Tart

  • Take a bowl and pour in the whole egg and granulated sugar, beat quickly, then add the flour, softened butter, brown sugar, and baking powder.

  • Mix everything and pour half of the batter into a 5-inch individual mold, lined with damp and squeezed parchment paper.

  • In the center of the batter, place a tablespoon of Nutella and cover with the remaining batter.
    Scatter chocolate chips on top.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes, time depends on your oven, do the toothpick test.

  • After 10 minutes, remove the tart from the mold and dust with vanilla powdered sugar, best served warm.

If desired, you can substitute Nutella with jam, Kinder bars, or squares of white chocolate.

I quickly prepared the tart with the excellent Bosch electric mixer with 4 speeds (+ turbo) and 350 w power, available at a great price on Amazon.

To bake this tart, I used this 4-inch single-serving springform mold or you can use a mug cake, these by Le Creuset are amazing, suitable for oven and microwave.
