Shopping Tips!!!

Personally, I get along very well with the Cosori Air Fryer, with 5.7-liter large basket, an optimal hot air circulation that makes food crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

A healthier way of cooking, because it separates and captures excess fat (healthy and tasty dishes with up to 97% less fat). It halves cooking time compared to a conventional oven, with considerable economic and time savings. Finally, the individual components are all easily removable and dishwasher safe. Highly recommended!

To prepare this recipe, I used the convenient perforated baking paper for air fryer, non-stick easy to clean, it can also be used in a conventional oven.

I also often use these very handy Single-use baking paper for air fryer, without holes that don’t mess up the fryer, but the hot air circulates anyway because they are very thin. They are also oil and water-resistant, non-stick, do not burn, and can also be used in a conventional oven.

Finally, if you want to keep your air fryer clean and at the same time protected from scratches and abrasions (e.g., from tongs), these reusable non-stick heat resistant grill mats are very useful.

You can purchase all the items I recommend above on Amazon at a great price, just click directly on the respective links.

Notes and Tips

Trick if you’re not in a hurry, and you want to make your zucchini even crunchier, after cutting them into sticks, season them with fine salt and let them rest for about 30 minutes to remove the vegetable water, then proceed as per recipe.

The advantages of cooking in an air fryer are many: you don’t have to preheat the oven, the cooking is faster, cheaper, and healthier (very little fat is needed) you don’t dirty too many pots and pans, it doesn’t produce smoke and odors.
Note that the temperature and cooking times are generally indicative, as much depends on your type of air fryer, but the recipes on my Blog are all previously and rigorously tested by me (so more than tried and true). In any case, I still recommend checking the cooking from time to time to better adjust the time and temperature to your air fryer.
