Spicy Christmas Smoothie with Apples, Clementines, and Persimmons
The Spicy Christmas Smoothie is a healthy and light smoothie that smells like Christmas, lactose-free, prepared in 5 minutes and rich in vitamins and antioxidants.
The natural fructose in apples eliminates the need for sugar, making this smoothie light.
Cinnamon is the quintessential Christmas spice and with its digestive properties, it is the perfect ally against the typical excesses of the holiday season.
Clementines and persimmons give this healthy and light drink a boost of energy.
The Spicy Christmas Smoothie can be enjoyed during a Christmas brunch, as a healthy breakfast, or even as a nutritious appetizer for the day, as a snack between meals, or even as a healthier and lighter dessert.

Shopping Tips!!!
To weigh the ingredients, I use this handy digital kitchen scale, with a large removable bowl, tare function, and built-in timer.
I cut the fruit using a practical cutting board with two built-in side trays: one collects the cut food and the other tray collects the scraps.
To prepare the Spicy Christmas Smoothie, I used the blender that comes with my Titanium Chef Patissier XL with an illuminated 7L bowl, 1400 W power, integrated scale, and blender, or you can purchase the ingenious mini blender, with built-in and powerful blades (even crush ice and frozen fruit) with 2 portable glasses with hermetic lids included.
