Ingredients for the Super Easy Chocolate Cake
- 12.35 oz cocoa cookies (I use Pan di Stelle)
- 1 1/2 cups milk (can be plant-based)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 glass Nutella® (optional)
Tools
- Food Processor
- Bowl
- Hand Blender Braun, 1000 W power
- Parchment Paper
- Cake Pan
Preparation of the Super Easy Chocolate Cake
Grind the cookies in a blender until you get a fine powder.
Add milk and baking powder to the cookies and mix by hand (or with an electric whisk).
Blend the mixture with a hand blender to obtain a smooth cream.
Pour the mixture into a 8-inch diameter detachable bottom cake pan, lined with parchment paper, wet and squeezed.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F, for about 35 minutes in a static oven.
If you want a more indulgent version, cover it with Nutella.
Shopping Tips !!!
To grind the cookies and get a smooth cream, I used my very handy Braun MultiQuick 7 Hand Blender, which you can buy at a special price on Amazon.
