Tasty and Easy Roasted Potato Skewers. With Special Paprika and Worcestershire Sauce.

Tasty and Easy Roasted Potato Skewers

Roasted potato skewers: a delicious and tasty side dish (or appetizer), very easy and quick to prepare, for those moments when you crave special roasted potatoes, they resemble hasselback potatoes (hasselbackpotatis), a popular dish in Swedish cuisine, with its characteristic fan shape (or accordion).

The potatoes are cut into wedges, alternated on skewers with slices of onion, and dressed with a special sauce made of butter, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.

The amounts of the individual ingredients in the special sauce can be adjusted according to personal taste.

These roasted potato skewers go very well with meatloaf, steak, and lamb.
