No-cook milk cream is a delicious filling that is prepared in a flash, with a full and rich taste reminiscent of the cream filling in famous packaged snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups sweetened non-dairy whipping cream (cold)
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup honey (wildflower or acacia)

  • Electric whisks

Preparation

  • To prepare the quick milk cream, use a bowl with electric whisks to combine the cold refrigerated non-dairy cream with the condensed milk.

    Once it is whipped to stiff peaks, take a few spoonfuls of cream and in a separate small bowl dissolve a tablespoon of honey in it.

    Once the honey and the removed cream are well mixed, pour them into the bowl containing the whipped cream with condensed milk.

    Gently incorporate with a spoon or spatula.

    The quick no-cook milk cream is now ready.

Store in the fridge well-sealed for a couple of days.
