You can store the 3-ingredient cookies for up to a week in a tightly closed tin box.
If you don’t have an ice cream scoop, you can form balls with slightly damp hands. We use the scoop mainly to get cookies of more or less the same weight.
You can omit chocolate chips or replace them with white chocolate chips. You can also add chopped nuts like walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, or even raisins, cranberries, or dried apricots.
