How to Prepare Arugula and Cherry Tomato Strips
To prepare Arugula and Cherry Tomato Strips, start by washing and preparing the ingredients needed: wash the arugula, dry it, and set it aside. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them first in half and then into quarters.
Cut the meat slices into strips.
Flour the strips, shaking them to remove excess flour.
Chop the garlic clove and brown it in a pan with oil. Add the meat strips and cook them for a couple of minutes, turning them to cook evenly.
Deglaze with white wine and, once evaporated, add the cherry tomatoes. Cook for a few more minutes.
Off the heat, add half of the arugula, season with salt and pepper, and mix.
