Prepare the autumn salad with plums and Quartirolo by first washing the salad greens well and placing them in a salad bowl. Dress them with salt and an emulsion of oil and lemon juice.
Meanwhile, pour some oil into a non-stick skillet and toast the slices of bread. Once ready, if you like, rub them with a clove of garlic and flavor with oregano. Cut them into cubes.
Cut the Quartirolo into cubes and coat them in sesame seeds. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet and brown the cubes of Quartirolo for 1-2 minutes, no more, as otherwise, the Quartirolo will melt.
Wash the plums well, halve them to remove the pit, and slice them.
At this point, we have all the ingredients ready to assemble our autumn salad: add the bread cubes, plum slices, and Quartirolo with sesame seeds to the salad bowl. Mix well and serve.
