Start preparing the baked carrots with Parmesan by thoroughly washing the carrots, drying them, and scraping them to remove the peel.
Cut them into 2-3 parts depending on their size, then cut each part in half and finally into sticks.
Place the obtained sticks in a bowl and season them with oil, rosemary, garlic, mixed herbs, paprika, and salt. Mix everything well to perfectly season the carrots.
Sprinkle a baking dish with grated Parmesan cheese to distribute it over its entire surface.
Pour the carrots into the baking dish, arranging them in an even layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 25-30 minutes or until the carrots are well golden and crispy.
