How to prepare Caesar salad
Start preparing the Caesar salad by making the dressing: place the mayonnaise and mustard in a tall glass. Then add the minced garlic and lemon juice. Also pour in the oil and salt.
Blend with the immersion blender until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous sauce.
Now focus on preparing the rest of the ingredients: clean the Romaine lettuce, cut it into pieces, rinse it, and dry it well.
Dice the bread and toast it in a pan with a drizzle of oil, salt, and pepper until it is well toasted.
Place the chicken breast slices on a hot grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. Once ready, cut them into strips.
Hard-boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan with cold water and cooking for 9 minutes from the start of boiling. Drain them under running water, gently remove the shell, and cut them into wedges.
Make shavings from the Parmesan.At this point, all the ingredients for preparing the Caesar salad are ready: put the lettuce with the chicken in a large bowl.
Add the bread croutons, the sauce, and mix everything well.
Finally, add the eggs, the Parmesan shavings, and more sauce.
