How to Prepare Halloween Pinsa
Preheat the oven according to the instructions for the pinsa base (e.g., 428–482 °F, fan or static mode depending on the oven).
Place the pinsa base on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread a layer of seasoned tomato sauce with oil, salt, and oregano.
Take a slice of scamorza cheese and, using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut out hearts.
Divide the heart with a knife.
Using the round tip of a pastry bag (or a round tip), make 2 small holes for the eyes and a larger one for the mouth on each shape.
Place the ghosts on the pinsa, evenly spaced.
