Iced coffee is a refreshing coffee drink, easy and quick to prepare, great in summer at any time of the day. A drink that certainly captivates those who love coffee and can’t start the day without a good cup of espresso. Fresh and delicious, it is definitely perfect for the summer season either for an unusual breakfast or to savor at other times. We only need 3 ingredients: the first, of course, is coffee. We prefer moka espresso coffee, but it can be made with capsule machines, pods, or instant coffee. The second ingredient is milk, and here we can choose what we prefer. Finally, ice, a lot or a little depending on how iced we want it. A fourth ingredient can be a sweetener that we can add or not depending on our taste.
To make it, pour the coffee into a glass, add ice and milk, and it’s ready.

Steps for preparing Iced coffee
To prepare Iced coffee, first prepare the coffee. You can use either a moka or a capsule coffee machine or pod coffee machine. Once ready, sweeten to taste and pour into a glass.
Froth it with a milk frother for about 30 seconds. Pour the ice cubes into the glass.
Add the milk until the glass is full. To make it a bit creamier, you can froth part of the milk and add the foam on top.
At this point, the Iced coffee is ready to serve.

The ideal is to consume it immediately since the preparation takes less than 5 minutes. You can of course prepare the coffee in advance and let it cool or pour it into ice cube trays to get coffee ice, which will be perfect for this recipe.
