Prepare the Overnight Blueberry Porridge by gathering all the necessary ingredients for the porridge in a bowl, oats, plant-based milk, chia seeds, agave syrup or another sweetener. Mix well and let it rest in the fridge to chill.
In the meantime, prepare the blueberry sauce: wash them, dry them, and put them in a saucepan along with lemon juice, a little water, and sweetener. Mix and cook for a few minutes until it reaches a jam-like consistency. Let it cool.
