Steps to prepare Pasta with Red Pesto
First, prepare the pasta with red pesto by making the pesto: soak the whole almonds in room-temperature water for a few hours.
Drain them and add them to the blender or food processor along with the tomato puree, sun-dried tomatoes drained from the preservation oil and chopped, pecorino, garlic, basil, salt, and olive oil.Blend everything and add a little water if needed to obtain a
