Pear Crumble with Chocolate and Pecans, easy to make and delicious!

The pear chocolate and pecan crumble is a delicious dessert that can be prepared easily in less than 15 minutes. Typical of the English tradition, it is usually made with apples, but today we offer you a version of this dessert with pears, a juicy seasonal fruit with a soft consistency that pleasantly contrasts with both the melt-in-your-mouth dark chocolate and the crunchiness not only of the crumble crumbs but also of the pecans. This creates a very delicious dessert, especially simple and quick to prepare because you just need to coarsely mix all the crumble ingredients to get large crumbs to sprinkle over the pears, without using any special equipment.

First, cut the pears into cubes and place them in a buttered baking dish sprinkled with brown sugar. Add the coarsely chopped chocolate and let it rest in the fridge while preparing the crumble. Mix the soft butter with the sugar, flour, oats, and coarsely chopped pecans. Once you have large crumbs, sprinkle them over the pears and chocolate, covering the entire surface evenly. Distribute whole pecans here and there and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.

A special dessert also suitable for breakfast and snacks that enhances the union between pears and dark chocolate. The latter will melt during cooking and transform into a real delicious sauce that wraps around the pears. Perfect for autumn and winter, you can also use other types of fruit depending on the season to enjoy a different dessert each time. Additionally, you can prepare the pear chocolate and pecan crumble either in a single dish or in individual portions. It can be enjoyed accompanied by some ice cream, whipped cream or custard, but it is also really delicious on its own. All you have to do is get all the ingredients and try it as soon as possible.
