Steps to prepare Piadina Chips
First, prepare the piadina chips by cutting each piadina into strips and then into triangles.
In a bowl, place the piadina triangles and season them with the spices and herbs you have chosen, such as paprika, turmeric, oregano, and rosemary. Add the oil, salt, and pepper, and mix so that the chips are perfectly seasoned with the spices and aromas you have used.
Place the piadina chips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about ten minutes or until they are nice and crispy. You can also cook them in an air fryer at the same temperature for about five to seven minutes.
