With this dough, you can make a single pizza on a 12×14 inch tray, or alternatively, make two pizzas in smaller trays, even round ones.
For the pizza dough, we recommend the Bonci pizza dough with 24 hours of leavening, which will allow you to obtain a very soft and digestible pizza. Alternatively, you can use other types of dough like the potato pizza dough or the whole wheat dough, or the gluten-free pizza dough.
